“I am writing to formally express my concern regarding both the customer service I have received and the handling of my garnishment account. During several phone calls, the front desk representative has been discourteous, impatient, and unwilling to provide meaningful assistance.”

When you do call they will transfer you to multiple people who continously say we don't handle that so and so does, but that person is so worthless they don't call you back or answer the phone.”
